Return policy

Since all of our products are made to order, we do NOT accept returns or exchanges of any kind.

Cancellations

Once your order has been placed, you have 24 hours to contact us to request a cancellation before we begin working on your order. If you contact us for a cancellation after 24 hours or after your order has already been shipped/delivered, we will be unable to cancel your order, no exceptions.

Refunds

If you cancel your order before the 24 hour period, we will let you know if the cancellation was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at kpopcreationsus@yahoo.com.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at kpopcreationsus@yahoo.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right!

Incorrect address

If you entered the wrong address after placing your order, contact us immediately so we can update your address on our end to ensure you receive your order! Once your order has been shipped, it is no longer in our possession and we cannot make any changes to it. If your order gets sent back to us due to an incorrectly entered address, you will have to pay for another shipping label to get your order shipped again.
